Copy the rejection reason before changing anything

Open the withdrawal history and save the request ID, amount, submission time and exact status message. Take a screenshot before editing the payment method or opening another request. Ask support to name the rule connected to the rejection if the screen shows only a generic error.

Separate a rejected request from a failed transfer. Rejected usually means the operator did not release the payment. Failed or returned may mean the payment rail could not deliver it. Those cases need different evidence and may sit with different support teams.

Check the account name and KYC status

Compare the legal name, birth date and mobile number on the gaming account with the verified payment account. A nickname, changed number or another person's wallet can trigger another identity review even when earlier deposits were accepted.

Read the verification notice inside the account. Upload documents only through the verified domain, then keep the case number and submission time. Never provide an OTP, MPIN or full wallet login to someone claiming that it will release the withdrawal.

Open the bonus and balance records

A cash balance can still carry an active promotion rule. Record the remaining wagering target, game contribution, expiry, maximum-bet condition and any withdrawal cap shown in the offer terms. If support cites a bonus, ask for the exact calculation used on your account.

Do not wager more money just to test a vague answer. Save the bonus ledger and the terms that applied when the promotion was accepted. A written calculation is easier to challenge than a message saying only that the requirements are incomplete.

Check the receiving route and limits

Confirm that the withdrawal method accepts incoming transfers and belongs to the registered player. GCash publishes wallet and transaction limits by profile. Check the figures shown in your own app because another person's limit may be different.

If the operator says it sent the money, request the transfer reference and completion time. GCash's support material tells users to check transaction status, recipient details and wallet limits when an incoming transfer is missing. A valid reference gives the receiving service something specific to trace.

Escalate one clean case

Put the request ID, rejection message, account name, KYC status, bonus record and payment details in one support thread. State the action you need, such as correcting a name mismatch or identifying the clause that blocked the request. Keep every reply in the same timeline.

Stop if anyone demands an extra personal transfer to release the balance. Preserve that request and verify the operator's domain through PAGCOR's current records. PAGCOR publishes regulatory contact information for cases that need an official check.

Send one withdrawal review request

Keep the first message short and complete: 'Please review withdrawal [request ID] for PHP [amount], submitted on [date and time] to [payment method]. The notice says [exact wording or code]. My KYC status is [status], and the account shows [remaining turnover or none]. Please identify the rule applied, the record that failed and the official correction or review path.'

Attach only the records requested through the verified support channel. Do not put an OTP, MPIN, password or full identity-document number into an ordinary email or chat message. Record the case number and give the operator a reasonable chance to answer before opening a separate escalation.
