Verify the site before uploading an ID
An identity document carries enough information to cause lasting damage if it reaches a copied site. Match the exact domain with PAGCOR's current approved records before opening the verification page. A PAGCOR logo in the footer does not complete that check.
Use the upload area inside the verified account. Do not send an ID through a personal messaging account or a link supplied by an unknown agent. Save the page address and the operator's privacy notice with the date of submission.
Make the account details match the document
Enter the full name and date of birth exactly as they appear on the government-issued ID. Check spacing, middle names and suffixes. The same legal name should appear on the GCash, Maya or bank account intended for withdrawals.
PAGCOR's current gaming-system-administrator framework calls for a valid government-issued ID and a selfie holding that ID, or a comparable verification method accepted by the regulator. The operator may ask for more information under its current account rules, so read the request before choosing a file.
Send a readable file and keep the receipt
Photograph the whole document in even light. All corners, the face and the printed details should be visible. Crop out the desk around it, but do not crop the document itself or edit the text. A clean image is easier to review than several partial uploads.
Record the submission time, the verification status and any case number shown on screen. PAGCOR's current framework requires full KYC before the first withdrawal or within three days of registration, whichever comes first, and says an incomplete account is suspended until verification is completed. Treat that as a compliance deadline, not a promise that every individual review will be approved on the same schedule.
Challenge vague requests inside the official channel
If a file is rejected, ask which field failed and which document rule applies. Replace only the item that needs correction. Repeatedly sending a passport, wallet screenshot and utility bill without a stated reason increases the amount of personal data in circulation.
No verification agent needs your wallet MPIN, email password or one-time password. Stop when a request moves outside the verified account or asks for login credentials. Keep the messages and use PAGCOR's own contact details if the operator identity or verification demand needs an official check.
