Use PAGCOR's own verification pages
Open PAGCOR through pagcor.ph or its PAGCOR Guarantee service. Search for the gaming brand and read the domain listed beside it. A match needs the full hostname, including spelling and domain ending, rather than a similar brand name.
PAGCOR publishes separate material for licensed gaming operations and offshore gaming. Its offshore notice says Philippine offshore gaming licences were cancelled in December 2024, so a site promoting a current PAGCOR offshore licence deserves an immediate stop.
Match the brand, operator and URL
Write down the brand name, company named in the terms and the address in the browser bar. Compare all three with the regulator's record. A real company name paired with an unlisted URL leaves the domain question unanswered.
Follow the regulator's approved link when one is available. Avoid search advertisements, shortened links and addresses copied from group chats during this check. A single extra word can lead to a look-alike cashier.
Read the account rules before KYC
A verified domain can still have strict account rules. Read who may register, which IDs are accepted, how duplicate accounts are handled and what happens when account details do not match a payment wallet.
PAGCOR materials for online player registration refer to government ID and identity checks. Submit documents inside the verified site only. Support should never ask for a wallet MPIN, OTP or email password.
Repeat the check when the address changes
A saved bookmark is useful, but approval records can change. Repeat the regulator check after a domain switch, a long break from the site or any message claiming that deposits now use a new address.
Keep a dated screenshot of the regulator entry and the site's terms if you proceed. Those records show exactly which domain and rules you checked before the transaction.
